Processing Time
Once you place your order, processing time takes between 1-2 days, and items are shipped via Canada post. We try to process your order as fast as we can.

Shipping Method
You have the option to select your preferred shipment method at Checkout for your convenience. We ship worldwide.

Tracking Shipments
You can use the tracking number from the email confirmation you received after placing your order. You can also track your parcel through your My Account, CanadaPost.com, or your local post once the package arrives in your country.

Returns & Refunds
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase; if for any reason you would like to return the product, we offer a 14 days return policy. Items need to be in their original condition and unworn. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for personalized orders & Items on sale.

Returns are subject to approval. Depending on the issuing bank, it may take up to one billing cycle to reflect on your statement. Return postage is not covered.
