Covid-19 Shipping Delays
We are doing our best to deliver your new and exclusive RCK piece as soon as possible. However, please note that due to COVID-19, shipping delays may occur. Our Team will continue to work hard to manage your parcel while maintaining the health and safety of our staff and customers.
Canada Post is no longer requesting door delivery signatures. Instead, delivery agents will adjust to a safe drop process, leaving the package in your mailbox or outside your door. Contactless delivery is what we're aiming for. For example, the delivery agent may leave a notice card indicating the post office where you can pick up your parcel. The same applies to USPS and the majority of international carriers.

COVID Challenges
We have not been immune to the challenges of the pandemic at RCK Designs Boutique. There has been a struggle and sleepless nights, but a great team effort has also been to pull through this together. We've made hard decisions, leaned on each other, and dug more profoundly than ever before to ensure we can continue to spread Sparkle to women across Canada and beyond. We have been grateful to continue to connect in meaningful ways with all of you through our social media channels. Your comments, engagement, and excitement to celebrate the positive has been inspiring and motivating our Team. Even though we have been apart, we feel a deepened connection to our purpose and you, our customers.
